Solfege Piano is a browser-based instrument designed for solfège practice, ear training, and quick musical experimentation. It provides an immediately playable piano without requiring installation or an account.

The application supports computer-keyboard input, touch controls, with controls for sustain, octave range, effects, and appearance. Audio is handled with Tone.js, with low input latency and keeping performance responsive in the browser.

The project is built with Next.js, React, and TypeScript. User preferences are stored locally, allowing the application to remain lightweight and privacy-conscious while retaining settings between sessions.
